Tallinna Flora presidendi kohalt taandunud Aivar Pohlak selgitas, et tema poja Pelle saamine klubi uueks juhiks oli loogiline samm.

"Minu kirg on alati olnud Eesti jalgpalli arendamine ja FC Flora oli selle kire realiseerimise juures pigem vahendiks. Ühel hetkel hakkas selguma, et klubi jaoks oleks mõistlikum, kui tal oleksid teised vastutajad. Olin selle mõttega jupp aega ringi käinud, kui minu vanem poeg Siim tuli ettepanekuga, et lapsed võiksid olla huvitatud FC Flora arendamisest pereklubi mudeli järele. See tundus huvitav ja mõistlik võimalus ja oli loogiline, et sellisel juhul valiti klubi juhiks Pelle, kes on koos jalgpalliga üles kasvanud ja juba ka vägagi erinevaid jalgpallilisi rolle kogeda saanud," kommenteeris Aivar Pohlak Flora presidendivahetust Soccernet.ee-le.
